About the Space
The house works well for film shoots, meetings, photo shoots, intimate dinners inside or out, performances, fitness classes, or pop ups. It is set up like a home, with a formal dining area, two living rooms (one partially furnished), large open concept kitchen, and grassy backyard with a patio. The house flows nicely from room to room, you are able to see from the front door to the backyard, open concept. The backyard is grass, perfect for any intimate show, outdoor brunch, or warm weather get together in sunny LA. The driveway next to the backyard is not used for cars, so it would be great for a performance, as it is raised and could be used as a stage. Similarly, the back deck is raised off from the grassy area. The home is easy to get to, right in the heart of Eagle Rock, a short drive to Highland Park, Pasadena, Glendale, Silverlake and Echo Park. It is located right off freeways 2, and 134. There is ample street and driveway parking and no street sweeping.

The place was precisely what I needed, which was a photogenic kitchen and patio area. Sara was also a nice host and I would book again as needed. Parking and access were both simple and the street was quiet.

This space is stunning! I mainly used the kitchen and it was perfect for the photoshoot. The whole place is so pretty though. The home owners were super friendly and accommodating. I would book this location again.
