• We are a private house centrally located near LAX airport, 405, 105 & 110 freeway. We are 20 mins from L.A. Live, the convention center and Staple center. Great for bridal/bachelor parties, birthday parties, small or large gatherings. • The traditional home sits on over 2,000 square foot that boost a large outdoor lounge area with a 10 seater heated jacuzzi, heat lamps, a 140 sq. 152 sq. ft stage & outside bar area, small BBQ pit. The back space has a ¾ bath with kitchen, couches. The inside of the house has a full kitchen, dining room area with a large living room and bathroom.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
