All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Welcome to the Mystic Manor! Immerse yourself in this epic, art-filled Venice Spaceship. We call it a Spaceship because as you’ll find, it looks and feels out of this world! This is a 7,000 sq. ft Mansion on a 10,000 sq. ft property in Venice, CA is perfect for photoshoots, workshops, lectures, dinner parties, ceremonies or any other gathering/event you can imagine! 375 sq. ft studio space comfortable fits 30 people. Comes equipped with blackout curtains, that can be drawn back for natural light. Optional twinkle and colored mood lighting, as well as overhead studio light. General Rules

- Quiet times after 10pm Sun-Thurs and after 12am on Fri-Sat, to obey the noise ordinance and respect our neighbors (if you plan to have live music of DJ set up, volume will need to be kept at a lower level after these times). - No sale of tickets on the property - No smoking inside; smoking okay outdoors - We appreciate your assistance with basic clean up: pick up trash, wash dishes, etc.

Furniture may be moved, but must be put back after production. Art and wall hangings may be moved upon request.
