Free onsite parking

Free private parking is available for up to 8 cars. When you arrive you will follow the drive way to the warehouse in the back and park in the parking lot to the right in front of the studio where the cones are located. Please ask for our virtual tour video for reference. Please do not the block the drive way as there is another business located behind our studio that receives deliveries daily.

We just added free RGB(Any color) lighting to our white and black room! Change the white wall to any color. We also include two free lights on the ground that can be placed anywhere in the studio. One GVM RGB 1000d light with rolling light stand and one Ikan Rayden 5600K Daylight LED Light panel with arri light stand with one extension. There are also three white paper china ball lanterns above the white cyc wall. These lanterns are Daylight color(5600k) great to use to fill in white light. We provide a tutorial video when booking to assist in operating the lights.

We just finished adding acoustic foam to the entire ceiling so audio is sounding a lot better! The AC in the main studio should be turned off when running sound. Neighbors are very quiet.

Must let us know the name of the filmmaker or photographer when booking the studio. No rescheduling within 24 hours of the rented hours if you need to reschedule you must cancel the booking and make a separate request for the new date. We don't do overnight shoots. No children or pets. If a child is brought to the studio by someone in your party you will be it is your responsibility to see that they exit the property. Absolutely no drugs or alcohol are allowed on the premises(No exceptions). If drugs or alcohol are found to be present during a rental the booking will be terminated immediately. No smoke bombs or devices that cause smoke or exhaust, fireworks, sparklers, etc. Fog is fine. No glitter, confetti, feathers, dirt, fake blood unless approved by staff. No dirtying/wetting/smudging the walls in anyway. No entering the storage space where the rental gear is located without prior permission. No entering the warehouse located behind the studio or wandering around the property surrounding the studio. Shoot cutoff time is midnight. No loud music after 11 pm. Our lounge has a capacity for up to 10 people. Whoever books the location must stay on the premises if there will be lots of people left inside the studio during the shoot duration. There are security cameras on the property. Do not block the driveway with cars. There is a business right behind ours that receives and does deliveries throughout the day. Our maximum persons is 18. If more people arrive they will not be allowed to enter the studio and must leave the premises. Trash must be picked up and put in the trash cans. Any furniture/gear that is moved or placed outside the studio must be moved and put back to where it was before the end of the rental. If anything is damaged or destroyed Peerspace will be contacted to initiate a claim. We have space for up to 7 cars next to each other once that is full cars should be parked behind each space. It is your responsibility as the host to inform the guest of the parking situation. Our Astera Titan RGB Tubes are not free they are an add-on. As stated on our listing the studio has RGB studio lighting mounted to the ceiling and that is not the same as our wireless Astera Titan RGB tubes. Do not ask for free additional equipment on top of what is already offered. If you are planning on staying longer we do charge for every 30 minutes after the rental ends and we must be notified prior to the rental ending if you are planning on staying longer so we can make sure the time is available for you.

The furniture cannot be removed from the building but the furniture may be moved and used as props. Except for the futon, wall decorations, and vanity mirror/table.
