This home is an open concept with great outdoor views. Location is perfect for small networking events and company meetings, photoshoots, and cinematography as well as great spaces for youtube influencers. The entire home would be great for movies, videos, and even commercials. The outside areas will work for small networking meetings and retreats. ‼️ The host will be onsite during your event for questions or any needed assistance. Spaces included in this listing are: *Entry Foyer with fireplace looking into the living room(to use the fireplace, please click on add-ons when booking) *Living room which looks out to the backyard. Living room doors can be opened to extend the outside in *Kitchen *Dining room *Game room *Front/Back yard ‼️ PLEASE NOTE: Booked time includes set-up and break down **If alcohol will be served, an armed police officer is required and hired by hosts for a fee. It is included in the add-on section. Please be sure to add this cost if alcohol will be served.

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
