About the Space
Perfect for team meetings, rehearsals, or casual celebrations, The Freight Room is an industrial space flexible enough to suit a variety of needs. The Freight Room is located in the heart of Wicker Park, within walking distance of the neighborhood's best restaurants, bars, cafes, and the Damen and Division Blue Line trains. For the safety of public health, renters are REQUIRED TO WEAR FACE MASKS at all times, with the sole exception of talent while on camera. By renting our facility, guests acknowledge that they are using a public space at their own risk, and take full responsibility for their personal health. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Amazing set up! It was absolutely perfect for my small gathering. There could be a little more improvement in the certain staff members customer service and overall professionalism because the guy that was assigned to help me had I had any questions or concerns was nowhere to be found! He literally helped with nothing! I felt bad bothering other people in the building. Other than that the location and atmosphere was absolutely amazing. I will be booking this one again for sure.

Maren was very responsive and accommodating. There were disinfecting supplies, a power strip, plenty of seating with adjustable tables, a Bluetooth speaker, and two bathrooms. This was perfect for my needs!

Everyone was very nice and the space was fine for what we were working on. I would have appreciated a little more detail about the procedure for getting into the space and also a little bit more candor about what the space is. It is a meeting room inside a business that does "escape room" entertainment so it is pretty unconventional and the people I invited were a little confused about all the LED lights and theater props. In the end, however, it was convenient and worked out fine.
