The Freight Room is located in the heart of Wicker Park, within walking distance of the neighborhood's best restaurants, bars, cafes, and the Damen and Division Blue Line trains. By renting our facility, guests acknowledge that they are using a public space at their own risk, and take full responsibility for their personal health. These spaces are typically used as an escape room facility. Feel free to visit www.escape-artistry.com to learn more about how we handle cleaning with respect to escape room operations. Please know that we require all guests to wear masks while on site OR each guest provide proof of vaccination/negative covid test upon arrival. We can accept at home tests. Neither Escape Artistry, nor any staff members, will be held personally liable for outcomes regarding the health of our visitors. If you, or any member on your team, are showing symptoms of COVID, please get in contact with us. We will try our best to work with you and rearrange your booking. If your team requires masks, you can purchase them on site at $10 each. These reusable fabric face masks are made by our friends at Artists' Resource Mobilization. Please feel free to reach out if there are any additional measures that you or your team require.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
