The impressive outdoor kitchen and bar area is perfect for afternoon cookouts, and the fire pit offers the ultimate spot for a nightcap under the stars. Your rental is situated in the bayfront community of Point Loma, a hilly peninsula between San Diego Bay and the Pacific Ocean. LIVING AREA Stretch out on two sofas and two chic armchairs next to the decorative electric fireplace in the living area. Enjoy favorite shows on the 50” smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING The fabulous chef’s kitchen is equipped with a full suite of quality stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge and a gas range. A large center island offers seating for two. Six-seat dining table in the stylish dining room opens to outdoor private patio surrounded by trees. OUTDOOR AREAS Sip morning coffee on the front patio, equipped with a bistro table and seating for four. A fun courtyard area includes a pretty succulent garden. Step out to your private backyard oasis and discover ultimate relaxation. This lavish outdoor space boasts a sparkling pool with a water feature and spa, a fantastic fire pit, an outdoor kitchen/bar equipped with a built-in grill, beverage fridge, and sink, as well as seating for three. Sizzle kabobs on the grill and dine alfresco and the six-seat patio table. EXTRA AMENITIES Driveway parking is available for six vehicles. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

ABSOLTE GEM of a space! This is exactly what we needed for our Leadership Retreat. The living room was bright and open and a great place for our discussions. We moved around the home for various phases of our time together - the backyard firepit was lovely for some post-event glasses of wine and snacks, there was a peaceful outdoor table where we had lunch. Host was communicative and helpful. The place was clean and smelled great! 10/10

Beautiful property. Great for our group meeting with 8 of us. The driveway is on a busier road so if you have multiple cars you will all need to know how to park well in the driveway. We had a couple of challenges with the technology (changing the input on the TV so we could use it for a presentation) and turning on the water fountains for the pool but the property managers were quick to respond.

Amazing space! The host was very easy to work with, and the home was very clean upon arrival. We were able to get a ton of the photos that we need. keep in mind when booking, you’re likely not booking the entire home. If you need to shoot anything in the bedrooms, check with the host prior to booking. Booking too close to sunset will limit sunlight in the pool space. Would definitely book again.
