Eclectic Art & Performance Space

This upstairs Van Nuys loft is fantastic for film shoots, photo shoots, showcases, gatherings, & recitals. This space has a style, ambience, and vibe that is unique and rare. There is a house drum set, bass, sound system, & piano. Sofa & chairs. Bathroom available for guests. Parking available in the back. If standing we can accommodate approx 25 guests, but if seated, around 20 guests or fewer is more comfortable. If you are doing a concert, we are happy to film and edit the show for an additional fee.
