The lagoon style pool has 3 rock waterfalls, a rock bridge across it, rock work all around, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, all of which is overlooked by our own personal "Hollywood sign" for all the film lovers. Plenty of street parking and some gated parking for crew and cast, plus 2 car garage. The ranch house is within 10 minutes of grocery stores, restaurants, Home Depot, and the Burbank (Bob Hope) airport.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
