About the Space
Our space in great for fitness events, birthday parties, wedding and retirement celebrations. Our space is 3,000 square feet on Piedmont Ave in Oakland CA... our long hallway leads to into our large space off of the Main Street, perfect for a dj to play your favorite tunes. We have tall beautiful ceilings with beautiful skylights ! fitting 150 + people!

No minors without and adult, no underage drinking, no smoking indoors or outside. If you are not holding a fitness event please stay off our fitness equipment.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
