- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

It's a GREAT place for having casual as well as Business meetings. Very clean, very vibrant, has tons of casual entertainment options as well as formal tables set up. We found it very helpful for our semi-casual business meeting and ended up having a very productive session. The only feedback I have is to provide external connectivity options for the giant TV - we had to go back to office and get our own HMI cable.

The space exceeded our expectations will book again even though cell coverage is not the best in the building
I would probably book again as the room is great for our group of 15 and the video hooked up easily to my computer for the slide presentation. You have to be strategic with parking as most street parking is only 2 hours. The building host was short with me when I asked questions. She reluctantly helped but I definitely felt like she didn't want to be bothered. Less than 24 hours before my meeting, I was told that we would not have internet for at least an hour. Was not a big deal for me but could have been if I was planning a different format for presentation. Lauren at PeerSpace was helpful. I was luke warm on the whole experience - first time using Peerspace so I am taking away learnings and will try again.

The place was in great condition and looked as advertised. I had no problem getting access and getting help when needed. We lost power briefly and the internet went down during the event, but this was caused by a nearby accident that affected power for the whole block. Fortunately we had some offline activities prepared and people still had fun.

The space rented was very nice and accommodating. The TV available was tricky to use and was operated using a remote wall panel. If you're not tech savvy, I suggested making sure you get help. The building staff is more than happy to help.
