About the Space
Our beautiful Media Lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A partial kitchen makes this space ideal for events that utilize catering. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, chairs, and tables Partial kitchen includes - mini-fridge, sink, large island and bar stools Dining tables with seating 65" HD TV with Chromecast, Apple TV, and USB port capabilities Shuffleboard Decorative accent lighting Fully private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Some parking is available on site but we do recommend car pooling or using ride share services.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I would probably book again as the room is great for our group of 15 and the video hooked up easily to my computer for the slide presentation. You have to be strategic with parking as most street parking is only 2 hours. The building host was short with me when I asked questions. She reluctantly helped but I definitely felt like she didn't want to be bothered. Less than 24 hours before my meeting, I was told that we would not have internet for at least an hour. Was not a big deal for me but could have been if I was planning a different format for presentation. Lauren at PeerSpace was helpful. I was luke warm on the whole experience - first time using Peerspace so I am taking away learnings and will try again.

Great space for a small group. We had a total of 16 people and more than 20 would've been tight. Plenty of seating and the kitchenette is extremely handy. Booking and communication was very easy. Parking and finding the place was easy too. Overall everybody enjoyed the space. The only issue we had was the temperature setting in the room. It was pretty warm the entire time and adjusting the thermostat didn't do anything.

The place was in great condition and looked as advertised. I had no problem getting access and getting help when needed. We lost power briefly and the internet went down during the event, but this was caused by a nearby accident that affected power for the whole block. Fortunately we had some offline activities prepared and people still had fun.

The space rented was very nice and accommodating. The TV available was tricky to use and was operated using a remote wall panel. If you're not tech savvy, I suggested making sure you get help. The building staff is more than happy to help.
