About UNi Event Space
We offer a multi-purpose production space in West LA. Our space is 1300 sqft with high ceilings and great lighting. All our furniture and decor are carefully selected vintage pieces all on wheels so you can easily change setup for different scenes as needed. The space has been used to shoot a variety of scenes including: - Bar - Lounge - Store - Yoga studio - Gallery - Dinner celebration - Office setting Included with the space: - Floor level (front and back entrance) - High speed internet (400 mbs) - Ceiling mounted projector operated with a remote control (HDMI and VGA input) - 100" ceiling mounted projector screen operated with a remote control - NHT (Now Here This) audio system - 14 outlets - Back patio - 10 remote operated recessed light with 12+ colors - 5 high powered florescent light (separate switch) - Central AC - ADA compliant bathroom - 1 parking space available for host and 80+ parking space behind our building for guests ($1/hr or $4/10hrs)

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
