This means that unless you add it as an option, the floors of the cyc will not be freshly painted. The wall of the cyc will be in great condition. This additional option can be added if you require the floors to be in "pristine" or perfect condition. Many clients use our cycs "as is" and it depends on client's project needs and budget. We normally have a 4 hour minimum on weekdays and a 6 hour minimum on weekends.
