About the Space
**UPDATE** - We are currently undergoing renovations to our guest bathroom, the one equipped with a shower. As a result, our backyard may contain debris and equipment from the renovation. The construction workers will only have access to our house through the backyard and should not interfere with any activities in the main house, unless it involves audio. If that is the case, I will have to reschedule the contractors to come at a different time. This turn of the century, 1910 Craftsman maintains classic character with the addition of a modern look. With ample lighting in every room, great period details, immaculate hardwood floors, and large windows. Quaint backyard with garden beds, walnut trees, and patio. Private driveway and on-street parking with no time restrictions (except street cleaning on 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 9am-12pm). Near Lake Merritt, Lakeshore Ave., Grand Avenue, 580, 880, and bus lines to BART. Wifi is available. Great space for a photoshoot. Lots of natural light. The host was warm and welcoming when letting us in, But gave us our space and privacy, and left for the time we booked.

We had a great team retreat! It was the perfect spot for us. The house is beautiful, and we spent time as a team (5 of us) in the living room and dining room and made coffee and Thai food runs to the coffee shop and restaurant in the neighborhood. Lots of helpful materials like a white board, markers, post its, etc. Highly recommend!

Great space, seemed like they live there so there were odds and ends of stuff like that, like children s toys but they were put away pretty well. They were very nice, and the space was gorgeous.

Maria was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Upon arrival she helped show us around the space and was very amendable to our film shoot. The space was clean, well decorated, and as seen in the photos.
