About the Space
Loft space 500 sq ft with 13 ft high ceiling Windows are facing North šStudio is located on the 2nd floor (freight elevator access 24/7 upon request - Fee $5) š”HVAC system - nice temperature all the time. š„Basic equipment included, see below šMIkSpace photo studio - 538 Johnsons ave - 4 min walking from Jefferson Ave subway station (L-Train) - 15 min from Union Square. š„Great area - best coffee, pizza, groceries around. šEasy to find place for parking. š”You can also add to your reservation Make up studio in the same building - $15/hr - https://www.peerspace.com/pages/listings/65cd0a58596e30000ea5ec84# Complete self-service! You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Also after booking you will get video instructions - How to get into the building and find the studio. If you need to use the freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will be provided with special instructions and a special fob for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator. Fee for Freight Elevator access $5. Please add it in the Add-ons. Included: 2 x Muslin Backdrops 4 x Velvet Backdrops (Deep Green, Deep Blue, Red, Deep Mustard) A set of Two 600 LED lights 2 x Lights stands 1 x Extension Cord 1 x Portable Steamer Wall Mounted Clothes Hangers for 10 hangers š¤ I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Studio is not sound proof. Usually It's pretty quiet in this studio, sometimes you can hear my clients who book studio next to this. -Cancellation/rescheduling is possible only until 7 days before the booking date. Great space. The velvet was perfect for the concept. Easy to find building. Definitely watch the video they send though for it is easy to get lost in the building.

Great photoshoot we had! We booked for a August late afternoon. The sunlight was great on the side of the studio with the backdrops. The studio had more props and seating than advertised. Con: the space couldāve been presented better upon arrival. It was a bit disheveled and the floors definitely needed a sweeping.
