- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was exactly as described. We arrived to coffee and water ready to go and the office manager was extremely friendly and accommodating. We had no troubles with the internet at all and were able to display to the screen easily with the provided HDMI cable. Would definitely use this space again.

Room looks exactly like the pictures and it was easy to get up to the room through security. Host was fast in responding to help setup attendees on security list. The big negative is the technology. Including our clients, six computers were in the room and no one could connect to the various wireless networks they provide passwords for. Additionally, the connections into the screen were not clear and we couldn't get the video to work. If the technology worked, I would gladly rent this again but given it didn't........it's immediately a deal breaker.

We had an impromptu meeting with several people from across the country. The booking process was super simple and the communication was excellent. Meeting room was perfect for our needs. Great accommodations and really wonderful staff. Will definitely book again.
