This modern home brings nature and light indoors with huge sliding glass walls, high ceilings and windows throughout every aspect and angle of the house. A steel and glass exterior, with wood accents, create the perfect complement to the bright, ultra-modern furniture and fixtures. A seamless, fluid dwelling - this home provides an ideal location for lifestyle, fashion or decor photo or video shoots. The location features two different spaces – a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath main house with soaring ceilings and a smaller office/guesthouse.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

Beautiful space with terrific light even today with some cloud cover. Everything was ready, clean, and picture perfect for our lifestyle photo shoot. I especially appreciated how this setting is very private, but open, making for a great background.

I have kept my eye on this location for a while and was excited to have the right project to shoot here. The parking was great for our crew. Location is open and quiet and has amazing views. Plenty of outdoor space for the crew to spread out. Sara and Ben were amazing with their communication and we will definitely come back on another project!

Sara and Ben's property is beautiful! The photos on Peerspace capture it beautifully. When I arrived at the property, I was greeted by the homeowner and he gave me a tour with my guests, showed me around and made me and guests feel comfortable and at home for the next 4 hours. I highly recommend the home for photos, a business meeting; if you're looking for a gorgeous setting amongst a backdrop of trees and mountains, this is the place. It is a serene location and overall a gorgeous home. Sara and Ben were wonderful to work with.
