Had the office until 2:00pm. Stepped out for lunch at 12:00. Returned to office at 1:15pm - space was reassigned !

Good location and plenty of parking. Front desk person was super nice and helpful. Bathrooms were communal for the entire building. There were only a few electrical outlets available in the office itself though so was a challenge with multiple devices needing to be charged.

Easy to find, plenty of parking. Room was clean, quiet, and WiFi was good. Was cozy for 3 of us; seems a bit tight for 6 but it would work. Bonus: Within walking distance to Dunkin Donuts!

While the room says that it is for six people, I would disagree and say that it is a four person table. The wireless was unreliable and we had to make use of tethering to my phone one morning. The room has a spartan offering with six chairs, and one coffee/end table with a phone on it. There are two outlets on the wall, but none on the table, so you’ll need to have power strips with long cords, or move the table. I had great mobile phone signal (AT&T) but the other two had poor signal (T-Mobile & Verizon). Wireless was inconsistent with it sometimes working sufficiently well, but other times, it became unusable and we tethered off my mobile phone which generally worked better. The room has no technology for presentations from a computer, so we brought in a TV and put it on a coffee table provided in the room. A telephone was provided (Why? Answer to rhetorical question: maybe cause of the poor mobile service experienced by my coworkers.) The white board is old, not of high quality, and the glaze has worn off. It still functions until you have to erase it, and then it leaves a smudge that needs to be cleaned off with something more powerful than the provided eraser (we used alcohol wipes). People tended to congregate in the lobby and in spite of our closed door, they were still loud enough to be disturbing at times. Our room was by the lobby, so it might be better with a more remote room. Intermittently the people above us would be extremely noisy with foot traffic and what sounded like jumping around. The staff were nice, helpful enough, and a pleasure to deal with. I didn’t realize how to schedule more than one day at first, so I submitted a bunch of single requests, and then had to reschedule a day, and they managed all that without issue. I also have to admit that the location was about right for us, though traffic to the north-west seemed to be a lot worse that what I had to put up with coming from the north-east from around Shea and 101. In summary: it worked and gave us a local meeting space, so if you’re desperate it might be worth a look. On the other hand, if the issues that I listed are not agreeable with you, you might want to shop around. Thanks to the owner/staff for accommodating us!
