- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

About the Space
Our Studio features a 450 square foot studio (16' x 28') and a sitting area/lobby partially separated by an accent wall and curtains. This space is perfect for photo shoots, auditions, rehearsals, and readings. The studio's large south facing windows provide gorgeous natural light throughout the day. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Overall fantastic experience renting this Peerspace. Jack was a wonderful, attentive host answering any questions I had quickly. The building itself was easy to access and bring gear into. Parking was ample and free right out front. The space was bigger in person and had great, direct natural light from the morning thru late afternoon. Would definitely book with again for any upcoming productions. Thank you Jack!
