On-site Manager will be present. • We allow music playback -- but at a respectable level. NO EXCESSIVELY LOUD MUSIC • Your rental is based hourly. To avoid an overage, "load in/load out" must be be within your allotted time. • We are not responsible for any lost / stolen / damaged equipment during your booking • No Guns or live weapons of any kind, (prop guns are okay if first shown to our site rep) — Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee • No smoking inside our space (this includes weed and cigarettes) — Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee • ABSOLUTELY NO SHOOTING outside of our space (Hallways, etc). By renting our space you are renting the inside of our studio... that’s it! • The property must be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production • Haze & Smoke Machines are allowed •NO PETS unless approved for production. •Food and drinks are allowed, be sure to dispose of any garbage. •Any furniture items or props broken or damaged on set will be replaced at full cost on behalf of production. You will also incur a service replacement fee. • We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes photo(s) of whatever shoot is happening on our property, for the promotion of our location. • Your booking time is when you will be given access inside. You are required to clear the premises AT your scheduled end time. We do allow a 15min grace period. •After 3 warnings of any violation of the rules, a minimum $250 penalty will incur. • Make sure your head count is accurate when you book. If you sent a booking request with 5ppl — and show up with 25 You will be charged more per hour. For reference this is the price breakdown per hour: 1-5 people — $0 no extra fee 6-10 people = $50 extra per hour 11-15 people = $150 extra per hour OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
