About the Space

Film lighting, photography lighting and film equipment available for extra charge. I offer my cinematography services along with a full camera and lens package (4.6k URSA Mini Pro, Xeen cinema primes) (Sony A7sII) (Ronin stabilizer, doorway dolly and Dana dolly) my hourly rate is 500/day+ 200/day equipment charge. Dollies and lighting are available for rent with a 45 dollar additional fee.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Sergey was an AMAZING host! Incredibly helpful and hospitable throughout our entire booking. The location is fantastic, and has so many options for great backgrounds/sets. Was easily the best experience I’ve ever had booking a space. I would gladly book again!
