About the Space
This spacious, scenic, beautiful farm is perfect for video shoots that need plenty of room to spread out. We can accommodate bus parking, truck parking and catering without hindering any of the land's 40 acres of natural beauty. Property owners live on site and are willing to help with any last-minute details to make your shoot flow perfectly. The property has multiple barns, antique cars and plenty of open space as well as a working photography studio. The property is less than 30 miles from Nashville and is a stone's throw from I-65 and I-840 just south of Franklin. The land is predominantly flat and surrounded by thick tree lines for privacy. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

The location worked well for our project. The hosts were most attentive and helpful. We used several locations across the farm and found the entire facility to be well maintained and accessible. There are numerous visually interesting gardens, buildings, cars and props for B roll or centerpiece use. Would definitely book again.
