*IMPORTANT: When booking, please include time for set up and tear down in your requested time!* Our private space is ideal for 20 people or less. The room includes a TV and speakers. You are welcome to bring in any outside food that you would like! We do not allow any outside beverages. If you would like a specific beverage that we do not offer, just let us know! We are happy to special order beverages for you!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was great for what we needed it for and everyone was friendly and accommodating. Next time if we book the space in the summer we'll be sure to bring fans or ask them if they can turn on the AC.

It was a great space for a last minute surprise party. We arranged a take out food order and a cake, bought some decorations at Target. Set up was easy, room had good flow and after the lparty was over, just a few minutes of clean up.
