All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

A mid-century modern retreat, the Laurelvale House features floor to ceiling windows and views of mountains from the kitchen, living room, dining room and deck. Filled with a mixture of original mid-century modern furniture and modern pieces, there are many different textures and spaces for photographers to work with. Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

This is is an absolutely amazing space. Brett is lovely to work with and his representative, Patrick, who was with us on the day was helpful, friendly and just so nice! We were shooting a documentary with sit down interviews and there are so many great looks in this place. We would absolutely come back!

Yes, I would book again.

Absolutely blown away in all aspects from the booking process, responses leading up to the event, and help from Brett's assistant Patrick during the event. The space is very comfortable and the decor sets a tone for a great event. The pool water was nice and warm, guests couldn't get enough of it. Thankful that I chose this space to celebrate my birthday with my closest friends. I wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
