Historical brick building from 1895 / 3 story & Bsmt / 1780 sq feet by floor / 2 family house apt + Patio. This is a unique space for a film shoot, photo shoot,, popup events, art shows. The first floor is a bar/restaurant with a large outdoor space. The basement is a photo studio space with green room.. On the 2nd & 3rd floors, two apartments with a unique aesthetic of vintage urban decay Unique furniture, walls and woodwork are some of the hallmarks of the space. There are also multiple kitchens and bathrooms within the space.
