Our 3,000 square foot space is located on the top floor of a quiet building in downtown crossing Boston. It features high ceilings, tons of natural light, an open floor plan and modern amenities/decor. Designed for the modern professional, it boasts beautiful furniture, a sound system for music, free wireless and workspace, and a kitchen - that would make for a memorable photoshoot, function, or team building event. We've hosted: -Birthday Celebrations -Wine Tastings -Weddings & Receptions -Fundraisers -Concerts & more. Our space comes with 20 folding chairs, a folding table, and plenty of seating/tables for gathering & eating around the space that you can use for no additional fee. Outside food & drinks are allowed. Decorations are allowed so long as they are taken down at the conclusion of the event. Reconfiguration of the space is allowed so long as it's agreed to before the event. We are surrounded by all major public transportation options. Cleaning is performed before & after all rentals & extra precautions are taken to ensure the safety of all guests. Policies: We are a professional space & do not tolerate excessive noise, partying, nudity, sexual activity, drug use or smoking. We do not accept any requests that reflect negatively on Musicians Playground. We do not service any guests who smell like weed or are visibly intoxicated. Should you or anyone in your group smell like weed or come visibly intoxicated - you will be asked to leave immediately with no recourse for a refund & be charged a $100 inconvenience fee. We are a professional office that services families, children, and health conscious adults and want to respect the comfort of our community. All parties must fully agree & comply with a complete list of our space policies prior to their rental.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

The space is a lot bigger than pictures. Not sound proof, but very quiet. You have to control the natural light, but it is manageable. Staffs are all very kind and helpful.
