Great space for mixers, photo/video shoots, Dance Studio, Yoga Studio, Makeup Classes. Layout of the space includes 2 restrooms, 9 station Hair and Makeup room, break room, and studio room. The space is near 35 and Oak Lawn and close to Trinity Groves. Lots of parking space with easy access to building. Fits about 100 people standing and 75 sitting comfortably. If doing a Yoga class, about 25-30 would fit comfortably. Very high ceilings in the main production/studio room. Main Studio room is 960 Sq Ft. Makeup room is 200 Sq Ft.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
