OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
Your booking must include all setup and teardown time. The start time of your reservation is when we will arrive at the venue to unlock the door for you and your event setup staff, and the end time of your reservation will be the time that we expect you to be completely clear of the space, at which time we will begin overtime billing.
SAFETY
Please be sure to follow the city of San Francisco's covid policies.
Guests are required to wear masks when inside in the stairways and hallways and restrooms at all times.

We reserve the right to dismantle or remove any structures, installations, art, or equipment that poses harm to guests or the facilities. We have multiple egresses, clearly marked with exit signs, with flood lights that activate in the event of a power outage. Our fire extinguishers are marked and mounted. We require that none of your setup restricts access to the egresses or fire extinguishers. For the safety of your guests, we require that your security and staff are mindful to remove anyone who poses a threat to themselves or others, whenever possible with a proven friend who is capable of caring for the guest upon their departure from the venue.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
We provide garbage, recycling bins, compost bins and bin liners. You and your staff are expected to bring all garbage bags downstairs to our garbage room, and to leave the bins empty and upturned to prevent rainfall collection. We provide soap, paper towel, and toilet paper refill supplies.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Please no duct tape, gorilla tape, or packing tape on the surfaces. You may use gaff tape or painter's time. Ask us if you n need gaff tape.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
No glitter or confetti can be used.
