The perfect venue for your holiday party, launch event, fundraiser or celebration. Seating for 50 is available, and standing capacity is comfortably around 120. Located in the heart of SoMa easily accessible by BART and Muni, our space includes approximately 1400 sqft. on the 3rd floor - wonderful for anything from presentations, to dancing, to hackathons. We also have a full roof deck with shaded lounge area and an open-sky area with fire pit and amazing views. It’s a great space to unwind. High speed internet (~200mbit symmetrical, low latency) is included also. We offer flexible bar services, as well as support for larger events by expanding into the speakeasy downstairs. We can help you plan your event, and coordinate lighting, sound, and video for the 3rd floor. Need something really special? We offer beautiful interactive art rentals, including robotic flowers that open when approached and a tree of light that responds to music and sound. All created by artists in our emerging ecosystem. Choosing our space helps us continue our mission of helping local artists grow, and stay local. Notes: the front glass wall of the space is shared with a startup. Depending on hours etc they may need to pass through the space, and you may be able to hear them speaking. There is one restroom with attached lounge with the space. If you need additional restrooms, let us know as we may be able to coordinate access to an additional one on the 2nd floor. Some pictures may include additional items not included by default, but available. 2000 sqft includes about 1/4 of the roof space. We will be adding better pictures of the raw space soon - Please contact us with event details, or take a tour so we can cover any extra costs etc.
OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is $125, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. Smoking in designated area on roof only. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

The space was amazing and perfect for my party. Sean was exceptional in helping to coordinate and responding to any questions or concerns I had. The roof was great for extra space to roam and hang. I’ll definitely be renting this space again!
