An outdoor venue enabling you to host covid-safe events within the city of San Francisco's official guidelines. Guests are required to wear masks when inside in the stairways and hallways and restrooms at all times. Here are SF's guidelines: https://sf.gov/have-safer-outdoor-gatherings-during-coronavirus-pandemic Please include in your event inquiry the ways you plan to keep your event within the city's legal guidelines. If needed, we can offer folding chairs, folding tables, puzzle mats, lights, power, etc. Need something, just ask! Wifi is available on the roof. Choosing our space helps us continue our mission of helping local artists grow, and stay local. There is one restroom with its own attached lounge on the 3rd floor. Some pictures may include additional items not included by default, but available as add-ons. Please contact us with event details, or take a tour so we can review expectations, any extra costs etc.

Between events we sanitize all shared-touch surfaces, like railings, door handles, light switches, faucets, etc. We also sanitize the rest room. The events themselves take place outdoors on the roof within the city's guideines. We ask everyone to wear masks when in the stairwalls or restrooms.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
