Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Our recording studio adheres to ALL CDC recommended guidelines. Since our facility consists of several fully ISOLATED rooms used in a recording environment, separation and little to no human contact is possible. In larger spaces, we maintain a high level of cleaning and social distancing. All bathroom facilites are disinfected twice/per day and even more often for larger groups or events. ALL clients are required to wear a protective mask. If they do not have one, we are happy to provide one, along with disposable gloves, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. ALL equipment, , solid or porous surfaces and even light switches, door knobs and cables, microphones, stands are meticulously cleaned after each event or session. Our staff has been trained to enforce and maintain all CDC requirements. We are confident that our sanitation procedures and measures allow us to continue to offer our space for events, recording, video taping, CD release events and business related gatherings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

About the Space
Our Studio is a state of the art recording facility only 10-minutes from Disneyland! We host a variety corporate or private events for those looking for a unique and creative space! Our spacious 3000 sq foot facility and beautiful outdoor patio area, private Green Room can accommodate parties up to 100-125, standing or sitting. We have tables, chairs, sound system, free WiFi, screen/projector and other amenities. Since we are a recording studio, we have access to numerous local entertainment for any type of event. We also support local catering services for any size occasion and all tastes. At this studio, you will receive the highest customer service with our professional staff. We are a family-owned and operated business, so you can be assured your guests will feel at home!

Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
This is a spacious recording facility. We have in-house lighting for video shoots or photo shoots. We have a beautiful outside patio area with natural lighting.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
We are a recording studio, so the design of the space includes fully sound-proof spaces. There is absolutely no outside noise!

The space is all on ground floor. However, we also have ramps for loading and unloading.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
There are two buildings on the premises: one is a residence that has been partially converted to office space and vocal studio/green room. The other rooms in the residence are off-limits.
The other building is all recording studio (3000 sq feet) and is available as needed.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
As a professional recording studio, our facility has full power conditioning for our equipment, but also has regular 120 volt plugs.

Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors.
All rentals do not include set up and teardown time.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
The general furniture/decor can be removed to accommodate your production needs. However, certain recording equipment and larger objects, such as a grand piano require advance notice.

Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Cancellation Policy
Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
