About the Space

Located in the heart of NoMa, steps from all that D.C. has to offer, the gorgeous outdoor rooftop lounge is the perfect location for personal or business entertaining! With breathtaking views of the city, the rooftop lounge provides cushy seating areas with fire pits or table tops that serve as a perfect conversation setting. Guests are also invited to relax and take a dip in our rooftop pool. For your convenience, a small indoor entertaining kitchen is available for basic prep/storage. 2 gas grills are available throughout the entertaining space. The rooftop can accommodate groups of 45. Please note, pool access is not allowed with your reservation. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Circle dining table with seating for 10 - Bar seating below tv for 5 - Extra seating is available throughout in benches, tables, rocking chairs around the fire pits - 2 fire pit seating areas - 1 outdoor flat-screen television - WiFi - Music capability with pre-set stations. - 2 gas grills - Limited indoor space for weather ride-out - Bathroom accessible on roof OPTIONAL ADD-ONS: - Guest Parking Available: $20/vehicle (max: 10 vehicles) – please notify Host if you would like to purchase parking prior to your booking. FOOD & BEVERAGE All catering services must be coordinated by Peerspace Concierge Team ([email protected]). Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. INSURANCE If required below, Guest shall obtain and maintain commercial general liability (CGL) and property damage insurance against claims for personal injury or death, or property damage occurring on or about the Property. One-time insurance policies can be purchased on www.eventhelper.com. • For Events with less than 30 Guest Parties AND no alcohol service, no additional insurance is required. • For Events with more than 30 Guest Parties and no alcohol service, the policy or policies shall have at least a combined single limit of $1 million per occurrence and a minimum of $2 million aggregate. • For Events with alcohol service, regardless of the number of Guest Parties, the policy or policies shall have at least a combined single limit of $2 million per occurrence and a minimum of $2 million aggregate. If the Guest is a company and not an individual person, for Events with alcohol service, the Guest must provide a liquor liability endorsement as a part of the insurance required hereunder (ISO form CG 00 33 04 13 or other form providing equivalent coverage). SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. NO SMOKING Our spaces are all smoke-free. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the total cost, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is absolutely NO SMOKING and NO ILLICIT DRUGS allowed in the space or on the property (including outdoor area). USE OF THE POOL BY GUEST(S) IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed. No pets are allowed (services animals are welcome in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act). Guest is solely responsible for the actions or any damage done by his/her staff, vendors, and guests at all times. Signs and displays are subject to Host’s approval. No amplified music is allowed.
