Private driveway that can accommodate up to 8 cars.

• For filming and photo shoots permit is required from Film LA - no need for parking permit, plenty of street parking & access to two private parking spots. • Certificate of Insurance required • No nail, painting or other alterations unless approved by Owner • Do not block sidewalk (you will be ticketed by the city) • Please be respectful of neighbors side of the driveway • Rate listed is for up to 10 attendees, additional attendees please contact host for additional fees • Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside of the home. • Moving and putting back of furniture is possible but do not drag furniture on floors (they must be picked up and placed) • No stainable products to be used on site. • No pets unless approved by Owner (there is additional fee for animals onsite) • Inside of closets, drawers, pantry, cabinet and refrigerator is off limits unless pre-approved by owner. • No loud music or loud talking outside after 10pm. • All rentals include set up and clean up time - otherwise overtime will be charged at 1 1/2 times of hourly rate. • Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking and put in outside trashcans and recycling bins located next to the front house. • Any damage to the property during the rental period is the responsibility of the production • Onsite manager will be provided by owner
