Absolutely perfect space for any event you have planned! We had a surprise 50th for my sister and brought in our own live music and food. Rob and Hector were wonderful hosts and took good care of everyone. We had a wonderful night. Just a few things worth noting. The parking situation was a bit difficult. We were unaware there was a Twins game so the ramp was full along with most street parking, this made things quite tricky. The evening we were there we were under a heat advisory. The older building and, I assume older air conditioning system, coupled with many people in the space made for a very hot evening. We did bring in a few fans which helped a bit. The only other downfall was the timing between the events before us and us. Those who had the space before us were still there when we arrived to begin setting up. The hosts did a good job shuffling them out as quickly as possible however there was some overlap and a bit of chaos. Would definitely use this space again, and this host again. Highly recommend.

WOW!! We had a PERFECT experience here yesterday for my husband’s birthday. Rob (our primary contact) the bartender, and the owner were each a delight to work with - they went above and beyond to ensure that our event went exactly as we wanted it to go. The space itself is ideal for a party with live music and has a great, classy bar vibe. The location near North Loop and the Twins stadium was very convenient with close-by parking ramps. We will definitely book this space again.

I cant recommend this venue highly enough! It was perfect for our 40 person wedding party. 1. Very easy access in the warehouse district. Light rail is one block away, and a parking garage nearby. 2. The venue itself is very cool with exposed brick walls and wood floors. Very nice lighting. A kitchen with a fridge, counter, stovetop, and sink. A nice sound system that my son was able to hook up easily. A large screen using a flash drive to display pictures. And a large well stocked bar. 3. The staff were fantastic!! They helped us arrange tables and get set up for guests. Rob was very helpful and kept checking on us throughout the night. Our bartender, Joe, took very good care of our guests and helped me keep track of our tab, so that I could control how much I was spending. 4. The Peerspace system is very user friendly, safe, and secure. We had a perfect evening, and our guests continued complimenting us for the venue choice throughout the evening. Very highly recommended!!!!!

I loved everything about this space! I hosted a pink party and the owner was great!!! I will more then likely book my next event with them moving fwd!!

We booked this space for a celebration of life event and I can't say enough about how terrific Rob, Kenny, and Danny all were to me and my family and friends. Their kindness and exemplary service were an integral part of making our day so special and one to remember. Although the occasion was incredibly sad, I am so glad I picked this spot for our memorial to honor my wife. The day went exactly how she would have wanted it and I am so grateful to Rob, Kenny, and Danny for being a part of it.

This host was just awesome! He kept the party moving and I had nothing to worry about. We had a great bartender too. It was a relaxed and fun event and the space is great for all kinds of parties.
