We're located in the Historic Crane Building in downtown Minneapolis. This space is an excellent location for your next company retreat or event! Please inquire via Peerspace messaging if you're interested. Indoor capacity is 166 with tabled seating. A Full bar and staff will be provided for all events. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We rented this space for a rehearsal dinner of approximately 40 people. Conveniently located, guests had no issues getting there. Rob and his staff worked with us on our requests and the venue was very clean and prepped for us to add some personal touches for the dinner. A large screen is available for photo montages, which we took full advantage of. I highly recommend this space.

We held a wedding shower here for all our family members (around 70 people) and this venue was nothing short of perfect. We had everything we needed, all the staff was very helpful / accommodating, and the location is ideal. If we ever need to throw another party, this is the venue I will be choosing. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable time! :)

We have our mom’s 80th birthday celebration and it was a success! Rob was a fantastic and accommodating host! The space was perfect, as described and even better in person!! This place will now be our go to for events!

The perfect space to host my husbands 30th birthday party! Everyone had a blast! We set up karaoke and sang all night long! Rob was a great host. Laid back and there when we needed him.
