About the Space
Sterling Event Space @ 1261 Delaware is a refined, urban venue nestled on a quiet block in the Golden Triangle neighborhood of Denver. It's a five minute walk to the Colorado Convention Center and only three blocks from the Denver Art Museum. There are also new hotels within a short walking distance to easily accommodate out of town guests. The venue is very spacious due to its high vaulted barrel ceiling, a restored garage door entrance and steel truss. The skylights and wood floors generate a magnificent warm light, creating a natural atmosphere perfect for any occasion. The upstairs loft is an eclectic and cosy hideaway, ideal for guests who want to breakaway from the fray and enjoy the warmth of our gaslit fireplace. This venue is the perfect size for intimate dinners, vibrant cocktail parties or large gatherings. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Everything about this event space is dreamy including the service! I wish I’d known about this hidden gem sooner! But now that do, I know I’ll be using it again and recommending it to everyone I know! It was spotless and gorgeous. The owner prepared so thoughtfully for our event. She was generous with our use of all the amenities. A very ease-filled experience!

I couldn't be happier with this choice of location for our wedding party. The space was beautiful and the variety of areas gave all our guests a spot to sit, mingle, dance, enjoy the band, grab a drink and dine. Elizabeth was beyond helpful and her assistants on the night of the party made sure all the details were perfectly in place. One of our guests will actually be hosting their own wedding here later this year — a shining endorsement. I have zero hesitations when recommending Sterling Event Space.

Our experience at Sterling was amazing! Elizabeth let us look around prior to our video shoot and was extremely accommodating the day of. The space was beautiful, clean and well organized. Our company will definitely be booking here again!
