OUR WORKSPACE COMBINES A RUSTIC CHURCH WITH MODERN HAMPDEN VIBE. Where history combines with creativity. Great for filmed interviews, and video and photo shoots. Conveniently located on "The Avenue" in Hampden surrounded by restaurants and shops, combines the local flare with our historic venue. This venue is perfect for productions both big and small. The flexible space includes comfortable seating, quality furnishings, professional audio and video systems, several lounge seating areas, breakout rooms. Additionally our venue manager will be there to help you during the day of your production.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Very nice space. Parking and unloading was a little chaotic, had some trouble and was not able to use the tv system so come early to get it set up if you can. The Hampden area is nice. We will definitely book again.

We had a great meeting in this beautiful space. Our booking wasn't added to their internal calendar, so we did not gain access to the building until 12PM, we booked it for 11:30AM start. Regardless, the location is beautiful. Krystal was super responsive, and I would recommend.

We had a 2-day leadership retreat in this space and it was a great time! Everyone was extremely accommodating and willing to answer any questions or concerns. Everyone was so nice and the space itself is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!

There was a videographer booked the same day that was extremely rude, but Krystal was great. Our booking was the same day as the Caribbean Festival so a lot of our attendees were late to the class because the streets were blocked off.
