Clients get a large dedicated portion of our parking lot and it's corresponding studio space with interior support rooms. We have two studios available in this building. Lot includes a makeup/wardrobe room, green room, kitchen area, 2 bathrooms, plenty of house power and an open area for equipment that is 3,000 square feet and includes a cyc wall. The entire lot is over 6,000 square feet (128' x 48') with clients getting a large portion with free surrounding street parking and lots for crew parking. The lot is located on a relatively quiet side street and not in the airport's flight path. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Space is deep cleaned in between each shoot. Areas are spaced out to abide by social distancing rules. Restrooms were recently remodeled to accommodate for just one person at a time. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the space. There is a large outdoor parking lot as well as multiple doors and a large 12’ x 12’ bay doors that can be opened for ventilation.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
