This parking lot is part of a production studio. It is great for outdoor scenes. This listing is now for either the Stage A or B portion of the parking lot. Use of the entire parking lot is available for night and overnight shoots. It includes support rooms for talent and crew including a kitchen, makeup and wardrobe room, green room, production loft, lobby area, restrooms and an optional conference room. The space also has heavy power capacity. We have lighting and grip gear for rent on-site as well. - 4 Hour minimum on weekdays - 6 hour minimum on weekends For permit requirements please visit: filmburbankca.com

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
