Parking is available in an adjacent grassy lot. The lot is fenced. 30-40 cars can fit into the lot. Extensive street parking is also available.

We have overhead track lighting and some natural light from high windows.

Depends on the time of day; night is fairly quiet.

Ground Floor

We have a 12x12 loading door. Vehicles can enter the space upon request.

We have a private green room upon request.

No outdoor shooting after dark.

3-phase 200 amp power. Outlets are spaced throughout the building and generally are 20 amp circuits. Cuircuit breaker is accessible in the main stage / production area.

NEIGHBORS Respect for our neighbors is critical! This means: no loitering after dark on our sidewalk. No trash left in the street. No alcohol outside, ever. Respect all parking guidelines. GUNS ** Absolutely NO GUNS ARE PERMITTED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF OUR FACILITY for any reason and any deviation from this will result in shutting down of the event. The only exception to this is licensed and marked security personnel. SMOKING We discourage smoking. If you do decide to smoke alarms will likely go off, and you will be charged $200 for smoke remediation. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Chairs are to be put where you found them and tables are to remain in place. All trash is to be bagged and brought to the green dumpster on the opposite side of the building. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and tear down time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls without written permission. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS No glitter or confetti can be used. No cooking is permitted, except by permission. Catered precooked food is permitted. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Any furniture can be moved as long as it is returned to its place.
