About the Space
Beautiful, sunny, high-ceilinged studio space in Berkeley (Elmwood). Wood floors, heat, A/C, and WiFi. Loft area with comfy couches and chairs. Used as kids’ yoga studio. Available for day or evening rental for classes, events, or performances on a one-time or ongoing basis. Great for photo shoots. Typically $75/hour, negotiable for longer commitments.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Joshua is the best! I had a proposal emergency and I needed a space to propose to my GF AND host a big enough space to have a Friendsgiving for about 20 or so ppl. This place had plenty of room! Great cozy, homey vibe! Joshua was a very gracious host and above and beyond service and help! I owe them so much for having an unforgettable night! Truly a night to remember! Josh and Beth's studio in Elmwood is an absolute gem! We were so happy to return to this wonderful space for our son's 9th birthday party, after a fantastic experience a couple of years ago. With over 30 guests, including both kids and adults, the studio comfortably accommodated everyone. The space itself is bright, cheerful, and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a celebration. We loved how easy it was to decorate and set up the sound system – everything was so convenient! The layout is fantastic, with ample room for refreshments and the ability to set up separate areas for younger and older children to play and interact. The open design encouraged mingling while still allowing for intimate conversations. The loft provided a nice retreat for those seeking a quieter moment. Josh and Beth were incredible hosts – friendly, accommodating, and always available to answer any questions. Booking the studio was a breeze thanks to their clear communication and flexibility. We wholeheartedly recommend this space for any event and can't wait to host another party there in the future!
