About Photo Studio Rental SF/Burdick Studio
Our photo studio is located in San Francisco and has everything you need for a great shoot. Consistent, “softbox” daylight all day long is light and airy without any extra effort, and black out curtains are installed for when you want to make your own. It has a full kitchen, a private dressing room, an 8-person client table, and ample workstations for your team. We’ve installed drop-down seamless bars in both rooms for quick, clean backgrounds. Our drive-in loading dock and gated parking spot are easy and secure. It’s a great framework for the beautiful light, perfect for portraits, clothing brands, still life, and of course, food photography. • Daylight or blackout curtains • 1,000 sq ft studio • Easy commute from all directions - just off Hwy 101, exit Silver Ave. • Fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators, an induction stove and appliances • Includes one gated parking space, free all-day street parking available nearby • Drive-in loading docks and freight elevators • Grip package included with rental • Fast, reliable fiber optic internet service • Craftsmen & Wolves and Gratta Market are 2 blocks away for all day catering • Ideal for smaller groups of up to 8 people

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

We had the most wonderful experience with Susan at her studio! It was exactly as described and more. Susan was very prompt and helpful with communication and met 10 minutes before our booking. She taught us how to use the freight elevator and generously helped us with loading too. Her space is lovely and bright, and such a versatile space to use. Can't wait to book again.
