Executive Meeting Space in Huntington Beach

Our elegant, executive conference room is perfect for any small meeting or presentation. This fully private space is great for a brainstorming session or video interview! The space features: Conference room table with 6 chairs 60" HD TV with HDMI capabilities (cord not included) WiFi Fully private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Parking is available on the 5th and 6th level of the Costco parking structure. There is also 90 minute parking located outside of the leasing office. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable. • Face coverings are required for unvaccinated individuals in indoor public settings, in accordance with the California Department of Public Health. Also, if you have in-person contact with one of our team members, a face covering is required.
