BUILDING HISTORY
Originally constructed ca. 1917 as a fresh market and corner grocery store in Raleigh’s first outlying suburb which is now known as the Glenwood-Brooklyn Historic District. The building is a corner landmark nestled in this a traditional, craftsman-style neighborhood which is now considered part of the city’s urban core.
