This unique, day-lit area that melds thoughtful design and functional amenities, is the ideal environment for you to focus and relax. The building is a corner landmark nestled in this a traditional, craftsman-style neighborhood which is now considered part of the city’s urban core.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

No question, one of the most beautiful spaces I've worked in. Very inspired and easy to work in. Lots of props and seating are provided, so there's no shortage in variety of setups in the space. Makes a great place to book for a full or half day of shooting because it's so versatile. Even has a kitchen if you're filming something that requires it. John was an incredible host. Was very kind and greeted us with his puppy Binx who was a sweet mascot for the space. He was very diligent in showing us around the space and what was what. Made us feel right at home before he and Binx left. Highly recommend.

We rented this space for our company photoshoot. It was light, airy, and well decorated. A cute little gem in the heart of a historic district. The host was respectful, communicative, friendly, and welcoming!
