Our well-appointed studio is in the trendy RiNo Arts District which has several boutique hotels, bars, restaurants and the famed Mission Ballroom just minutes away. It's whisper-quiet and chock-full of production options that include crew, cameras and craft service-- making it a perfect option to accommodate production needs when capturing on-camera talent matters. We have a massive compound cyclorama measures 24'x32' that can be lit daylight, tungsten, or any other color you can think of! It's housed in a dedicated production area of 40'x40' And that doesn't include another 25' x 16' load-in and prep area! Our dedicated greenscreen area measures 12' x 16' and is pre-lit to get you shooting fast. Save even more time by using our grid lighting, included in your rental. The 14' x 11' greenroom gives your talent privacy away from and hustle and bustle of the working set, with a dedicated changing area, couch, chairs, clothing rack, steamer, and makeup mirror. Perfect for your HMU team to do their best work. Our Lifestyle Set is made of reclaimed wood walls and clean white couches make a unique and comfortable set for video podcasts and scenarios where a warmer look is preferred. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

The space was exactly what I needed for a small client film shoot. The cycle was was perfect and the opposite wood wall was great for a more casual setting. The space was clean, organized and well kept. Allen was kind helpful and friendly. I will use the space again when I need a studio space!
