About the Space
This award-winning designer space mixes modern and vintage for a distinct look and feel. The home is a Spanish-style home and broad arches and open floorplan and excellent light. There are several rooms available for shooting with different looks and styles as well as spacious outdoors with wooden deck and Japanese cedar spa. The space has been featured in Saatchi Art Magazine, and used for photo shoots by Alo Yoga and Nintendo among others. Centrally located in Venice's Oakwood Neighborhood -One story -1600 sq ft indoor space -4500 sq ft lot -Front and private back yard -Designer & Vintage Furniture, Original Art -Up to 10+ individual indoor shooting spaces - configurable -Ample indoor light throughout day -Huge outdoor patio and private yard with deck, wooden spa, outdoor living & dining space, BBQ -Backyard gets afternoon golden light -Beautiful oak hardwood floors -Clean & open kitchen with modern appliances -Tops brands have shot for production & commercials - Alo Yoga, HOP WTR, Ninetendo, Riot Games & more! Details: The front space includes designer furniture including Leather Ligne Roset Togo chairs in an open living room with a fireplace and a large Beni Ourain Moroccan Rug. There's bright light throughout the space with skylights in the open kitchen and sliding glass doors in the entertainment room. The entertainment room has a 48" HD flatscreen TV and Apple TV. The highlight is a large Restoration Hardware leather sofa and large sliding glass doors that open to the backyard. The backyard has multiple seating areas and beautiful trees framing the space. At the edge of the yard is a large wooden deck and Japanese style hot tub. The deck includes a gas fire pit and bench seating. The space faces south and gets excellent light all day. The space has multiple areas for production. Lighting is excellent through the space. There's a dedicated bedroom and bathroom for wardrobe changes. There are multiple rooms for high quality production shoots including the front and back yards.

My team and I had an incredible off site here. The home was spacious and clean and with multiple communal spaces we were able to hold various parts of our day in different parts of the house. Evan was very helpful and responsive as well. I plan to book this house again in the future for another off site meeting.
