Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Very modern, recently renovated single story home on a dead end road with plenty of street parking. The home has a beautiful and spacious kitchen with a large center island. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open living room, laundry room and bonus office space complete the inside of the home. The backyard is large and very green, on a hillside with a kids playset structure. The home is on a slight incline from the road and is up against a hill, so there is lots of privacy. Home is fully furnished.
