It can be used as a classroom, editorial photoshoot studio, birthday party, bridal shower, baby shower, seminar, book signing, a new brand promoting, model casting or any training program. It can fit around 20-30 people sitting with chair or 40-50 people if standing. There are 20 chair & 2 small sofa available. One foldable table available for display anything. projector screen & speaker are available. If you need microphone, you can pay $20 extra. We have 2 portable light & 1 ring light. If you need, $20 extra. We also provide hair & makeup services. If you need, you can check price with us. The neighborhood is famous for photoshoot. Coffee shop & bakery are nearby.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. It was an amazing experience! Amy and her Husband were very accommodating! They provided us with additional masks for the incoming and leaving guests and showed us the best ways to use the space. Very cozy for intimates meetings, pop up shops, and gatherings as well. Definitely coming back here again!

Amy was a wonderful host! Super accommodative, I needed to change the reservation date several times and she was helpful. She set up the venue for us and also placed notes at the entrance directing guests to our exact spot. Would definitely book again!

5 star everything !!! I’m not even exaggerating because I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in until me and my team left this space. Amy and her staff was helpful and kind. They were courteous and very sweet. The space is a great size for 30 guest, and the projector was perfect. Prior to booking I read a review stating that the projector did not work so I mentioned this to Amy and she assured that she replaced the projector and it was great. A table was also provided for my sign in sheet and water/snacks. Overall I am pleased with my experience and will definitely be back.

Amy was a wonderful host. The space is perfect for a professional gathering and she had everything clean and set up before I arrived including chairs, two couches, and two table options. There is a projector (not the best quality, but worked fine for us) with an HDMI cable. The private space is in the basement of a hair salon, which felt very NY. I would definitely book again!
