It can be used as a classroom, editorial photoshoot studio, birthday party, bridal shower, baby shower, seminar, book signing, a new brand promoting, model casting or any training program. It can fit around 20-30 people sitting with chairs or 40-50 people if standing. There are 20 chairs & 2 small sofas available. One foldable table available for display anything. projector screen & speaker are available. If you need microphone, you can pay $20 extra. We have 2 portable light & 1 ring light. If you need, $20 extra. We also provide hair & makeup services. If you need, you can check price with us. The neighborhood is famous for photoshoot. Coffee shop & bakery are nearby.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
