About the Space
The 1200 square foot photography studio with white cyclorama and 12'X20' motorized canvas backgrounds. Conveniently located on 1st floor with plenty of parking. Easy loading in and out. Hair/make-up salon, coffee shop, and restaurant in same building. Private make-up/changing room and bathroom in studio. Basic grips(c-stands, sandbags) are included.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Yoon was very accommodating. Everything was opened on time, lights were ready to go and the space was clean. The space itself was clean and the multiple backdrops and 'sets' available were plentiful. I will rent from him again 100%.

Yoon's space was PERFECT! It is just the right size for a small shoot and filled with so many added features. Paper of many colors, props, set pieces, etc. Yoon was very helpful and easy going. We had a a great shoot and I will be telling everyone about this space.
