We specialize in providing a comfortable and modern space for the busy and cost-conscious professional to host clients, conduct meetings and get some quiet work done. Our location features 26 fully-furnished private offices, a coworking space & business lounge, a staffed reception, an on-demand Day Office and two conference rooms that accommodate between 5-18 people. You will be booking our Training Room -- Steelcase reconfigurable furniture, in-room complimentary coffee service upon request, and a gorgeous pond view from a large wall-to-wall window. Located near several Ann Arbor landmarks such as Briarwood Mall and the famous Mediterrano restaurant, we are easily accessible via I-94, East Eisenhower and State Street. We are located as close to downtown Ann Arbor as possible, while still having free parking! Whether you need a Day Office, conference room on-demand, unlimited coworking or your own dedicated private office, our space is sure to impress your clients and your budget. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

Jen and her team were amazing. They helped us with navigation, setup and food prep which was a tremendous help to me as I cam down with covid and couldn't make our event in person. Jen was easy to reach and quick with communication. Our team felt welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed the space. We'd definitely book again!

The space was phenomenal! It was clean and had everything we needed for training. Andrea was extremely helpful and even made sure we had plenty of coffee, tea and water throughout both days. She was friendly and made us feel right at home! Thank you :-)
