The house is on a quiet street and free parking is at the street. There are many available parking spots so parking is not a problem.

We have two 4 panel pocket door sliders that can be opened all the way. Between 11 and 2pm the sun will come around and the kitchen space will be the lightest.

Usually the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The street towards the front of the house is not very busy.

There is one step in front of the entrance door.

2 offices, guest house

- PHOTOGRAPHY, FILM/MOVIE MAKING ONLY! (No adult movies - no exceptions!) - no smoking - no penny heels - no parties - no glitter, no confetti - no loud music - no pets (can be discussed) - one of the owners will be around to help out (details have to be discussed) - use of the pool not included (details have to be discussed if it includes a photo shoot for a company that sells bathing apparel) - Furniture can be moved by request. - Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest. - Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is $150, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
