The building has it's own dedicated parking lot with 40 spots. The surrounding area offers ample street parking as well.

The light from the outside of the space comes from north and west facing windows.

We are right off Gratiot Avenue, which is a busy road. The sounds from the outside typically don't interfere with events going on throughout the day.

Ground Floor

The room that is booked is the only room that can be used. More details can be discussed once the booking is taking place.

We are a co-working space in our day-to-day, so our electrical system can withstand all types of events.

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. ALCOHOL USE During events where alcohol is present, alcoholic beverages must not be taken outside the event space. All associated legal consequences and ramifications are the sole responsibility of the renter. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Additionally, the renter or their guests shall not use or deploy any sort of glitter, confetti, or other similar material at the venue. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is absolutely no drug use or smoking of any kind tolerated on premises or within 25 feet of the building. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Disparaging remarks or any type of physical violence will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate expulsion. LOST ITEMS Owner takes no responsibility for personal effects and possessions left on premises during or after any event. We do, however, maintain a lost and found and will hold recovered items up to 14 days. Every attempt will be made to return any recovered item to its rightful owner. Furniture can be moved as long as it is placed back in their original place once the booking is done.
